DINO-MIL: Self-Supervised MIL Framework for Breast Mass Classification

Proposed a hybrid mammogram classification pipeline using DINOv2, MIL patch bags, and RBF SVM with dynamic threshold tuning. The system achieved 90.4% accuracy on breast mass classification, demonstrating the power of self-supervised learning in medical imaging workflows.
